If you are a new client, please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for our required CLIENT QUESTIONNAIRE. you may also need to fill out additional CONSENT forms if you are receiving a wax treatment, peel or microdermabrasion. If you are unable to arrive early, please print and complete these forms and bring them with you to your appointment.
